Everything you need to know about Products AI

Do I need to pay an extra amount to use Products AI?

Not at all! Products AI is included in the Producthero PRO package, so there will be no additional costs. The Producthero PRO plan costs 99 euros per month, with an additional 49 euros per month for each extra shop or country.

How many optimizations per month can I do?

As many as you need! Products AI offers an unlimited credit system, allowing advertisers to optimize all their products without any restrictions.

Do I need technical knowledge to use Products AI?

Not really! Products AI intuitive interface makes it very easy for everyone to set it up.

Which products should I optimize first?

You can optimize certain products by using Products AI advanced filters.

  • Our recommendation is to start optimizing your Heroes with poor titles. That is, your over-performers with very short titles. This way, you can increase relevancy and, therefore the volumes of your best-performing products.
  • After that, we recommend you optimize your Zombies (your sleeping products). By improving the relevance of these products, they will gain more impressions and have the opportunity to become a Sidekick or even a Hero. 
  • You can also focus on certain brands. Filter on your best-selling brand to increase its relevancy.
  • Another recommendation is to optimize seasonality products in bulk by adding seasonal keywords to the titles to boost volumes during peak periods (Christmas, Summer, Valentine's Day, etc.)

I am concerned about the lack of control. How can I influence the results?

Even if you are using Artificial Intelligence, with Products AI you still have control over the results in different ways. You do not only have the possibility of controlling the level of freedom/strictness of the AI and/or providing an additional customized prompt, but you can also manually edit the optimizations. Plus, you can compare the new content with the original content, and if you don’t like some results, you can even revert the changes with just a simple click.

How can I control AI even further?

Besides selecting a specific template for each industry and adjusting the level of AI strictness or freedom, you can write your custom prompt of up to 5,000 characters.

Here are some examples of relevant prompts:

  1. Keep the original title and only append
  2. Reorder the original title, keep the words and enrich
  3. Replace redundant keywords in the title with product attributes
  4. Add more synonyms to the title for maximum coverage
  5. Include seasonal keywords in the title
  6. Change the title structure so the most relevant keywords appear first

Will the content be integrated into my current Supplemental Source?

Once the content has been optimized, you will only need to check and approve the optimizations done.

Then, you can easily copy and add the Products AI Supplemental Source to your Merchant Center to implement the changes made. You won’t have to make any changes to your campaign setup or your primary feed.
